How to use table preferences?

On the screen with a table -

1. Click on the Ellipses
2. The column menu will open

   

The options are -

• Sort Ascending
  • Sorts the column in ascending order
• Sort Descending
  • Sorts the column in descending order
• Pin Column
  • Allows you to pin the column either to the right or left of the table

    

• Autosize This Column
  • Adjusts the column width automatically to fit the content within it, ensuring that all text or data is fully visible without manual resizing
• Autosize All Columns
  • Adjusts all the columns automatically to fit the content within it, ensuring that all text or data is fully visible without manual resizing
• Group by {Column}
  • Groups the table by the selected column
• Choose Columns
  • Opens a modal to choose which columns to display on the table

    

  • This is also be used to reorder columns
• Reset Columns
  • resets the table to the original settings
