What can you do

Login to the application with an account created by system administrator. You will receive an email with instructions for logging into the system.

Activating your account

Once the administrator creates your account, you will receive the following email. Click on the link in the email and you will be redirected to the setup your account

Log In

To log into Axiom Pro,

1. Go to Axiom Pro
2. Enter your User Name and click on the NEXT button.

   

3. Enter your Password
4. Click Log In

Authentication

Axiom Pro may be configured by your system administrator to require a second form of authentication after logging in with your username and password.  If this is enabled in Axiom Pro, a popup will display once you have clicked the Log in button.  To complete your authentication and finish logging into Axiom Pro complete the steps below:

1. Enter your username and password and click the Log In button.
2. Select where you want to receive your authentication code, either by text message or email.  Click Send.
3. Check your email or text for a message with a code.
4. Enter the code into the pop up and click Enter.

You also have the option to select Trust This Device.  Selecting this option allows you to skip this authentication process the next time you log in for a specified amount of time.

Your Session Times Out

Axiom Pro sessions expire after they are dormant for a period of time specified during system implementation and configuration.

If your account times out, follow the instructions in the Log in to Axiom Pro section above to log back in.

Reset your password

To reset your password,

1. Go to Axiom Pro
2. Click Forgot Password?
   1. The Password Reset screen will display.
3. Enter your User Name
4. Click Next
5. You will received an email with the password reset link. Click on the link
6. On the Enter New Password screen, enter and confirm your new password.
7. Click Next.
8. On the Success screen, click Go to Log In
