What can you do

Login to the application with an account created by system administrator. You will receive an email with instructions for logging into the system.

Activating your account

Once the administrator creates your account, you will receive the following email. Click on the link in the email and you will be redirected to the setup your account

Log In

To log into Axiom Pro,

Go to Axiom Pro
Enter Username
Click Next
Enter your Password
Click Log In

Contact your system administrator if your username or password are invalid.

Your Session Times Out

Axiom Pro sessions expire after they are dormant for a period of time specified during system implementation and configuration.

If your account times out, follow the instructions in the Log in to Axiom Pro section above to log back in.

Reset your password

To reset your password,

Go to Axiom Pro
Enter Username
Click Next
Click Forgot Password?
Enter your Username
Click Send Link
You will received an email with the password reset link. Click on the link
On the Enter New Password screen, enter and confirm your new password.
Click Next.
On the Success screen, click Go to Log In

If your account is using the Single Sign-On function, then you will not be able to update your password through Axiom Pro’s password reset link. Please see your system administrator for assistance.
