• Add a new Disposition Schedule – Create a new schedule by selecting which catalog it should run on, the number of approvers that need to be notified.
  • Create filter query for what records should be part of the disposition schedule
  • Provides ability to dispose based on anniversary year, fiscal year, and calendar year
• View the activities within a disposition schedule
  • Provides the information on who approved the schedule and when.
  • Ability to export the activities to a pdf report
