• Add a Hold Policy – Hold the documents that are part of a legal hold.

Highlights

Merge Documents

• Now, you can merge up to 10 documents directly from the Search results screen. Please note that the merge feature is not available for one-to-many catalogs.

Annotations

We've made some changes to our text annotations. Text annotations will now have a transparent background by default, allowing you to add them without blocking the content on the document. Additionally, annotations will be retained on documents that are checked out, emailed, or downloaded.

Redactions

• We've added a new feature that allows you to add white color redactions to your documents. You can easily toggle between the redaction colors by selecting the color option from My Account -> Document Viewer (View Preferences).

Email Documents

• You can now add an email subject line while emailing Axiom Pro documents or the document link. This field is optional, so you can add a subject line if you want to provide context to the recipient.

• We have fixed an issue related to elastic search that was affecting the accuracy of search results in one-to-many catalogs.

Single Sign-On

• Users can now login into Axiom Pro using their Single Sign-On username and password i.e., using the same username and password that you use for logging in into your workstation.
