Manage Supplemental Lookup Data

Add records to the lookup data as part of the Input process.

What can you do

Supplemental Lookup Data enables axiom pro users to add records to the lookup data as part of the Input process.  Users may use data fields other than the lookup key field (first name, last name, for example) to search for and select data sets for validation.

You will need Manage Supplemental Lookup permission to perform this operation.

Search values in lookup table

  1. Click on Axiom Pro menu, select Admin
  2. Go to System --> Manage Supplemental lookup data
  3. Select a Catalog
    1. The lookup table will display
  4. Enter the field to search.
  5. The lookup options with the searched field will be displayed.

Add values in lookup table

  1. Click on Axiom Pro menu, select Admin
  2. Go to System --> Manage Supplemental lookup data
  3. Select a Catalog
    1. The lookup table will display
  4. Click on Add New Record
    1. A new row will be added to the bottom of the list.
  5. Enter the information
  6. Click on Save
    1. You can Cancel if you don’t want to enter the information.

Edit values in lookup table

You can edit a supplemental record that was entered.

  1. Click on Axiom Pro menu, select Admin
  2. Go to System --> Manage Supplemental lookup data
  3. Select a Catalog
    1. The lookup table will display
  4. Search for data that you need to edit
  5. Go to that record needs to be edited
  6. Click on Edit (✏️)
    1. The first field of the row will be highlighted
    2. Update the data
  7. Click Save

Delete a record

You can delete a supplemental record that was entered.

  1. Click on Axiom Pro menu, select Admin
  2. Go to System --> Manage Supplemental lookup data
  3. Select a Catalog
    1. The lookup table will display
  4. Search for data that you need to edit
  5. Go to that record needs to be edited
  6. Click on Delete
  7. You will get a pop-up stating ‘Lookup data deleted successfully. (Click OK)
