Lock and Unlock Content
How to lock documents and who can view them

What can you do
Documents, unlike batches, do not automatically lock when a user opens them. Locking content in Axiom Pro prevents users from searching and viewing content.
A user can view locked content when they have View Locked Documents permissions
Locking Content
- Search for Content
- Select content that needs to be locked
- Click on Lock
Unlocking Content
Unlocking a content will include the content in search results and all users with search permissions will be able to search and view content.
Only users with View locked content can perform this operation
- Search for Content
- Select content that needs to be unlocked
- Click on Unlock
