What can you do

After logging into Axiom Pro, users are greeted with the Dashboard, which serves as the central hub for navigation. It features panels, links, and drop-down menus designed for quick and efficient access to key functional screens.

My Batches

The My Batches link in the top right corner redirects to the Input screen, filtered to only display batches that are assigned to you.  For more information, click here.

Recent Documents

The Recent Documents displays a list of documents that you have viewed by the most recent date and time.  Select the document name to open it in the image viewer.

Recent Searches

The Recent Searches dropdown list provides direct access to your recent searches.  Searches are listed in descending order by date and time.  Select one of the searches to initiate the search and open the Search Results grid.

Saved Searches

The Saved Searches dropdown displays your most frequently used saved searches. Searches appear by their assigned titles. Selecting a saved search automatically runs it and opens the Search Results grid.

Starred

The Starred panel displays a list of documents you’ve marked as starred. From this panel, you can view your starred documents, open them directly, or remove them from the list as needed.

  • To open a starred content, click on the content
  • To remove star, click on the star icon next to the filename.

Checked Out by Me

The Checked Out By Me panel displays your checked-out documents.   You may click on a document to open it in read only mode.

Downloads (large file downloads)

The Downloads panel displays a listing of documents that were selected for download but exceed the maximum file size for quick download.  The system builds a download package before the download takes place.  The Downloads panel displays a progress bar for the download package build.

The download will automatically occur after the build is complete, as long as you’re still logged into the system.  If you’ve logged out, a Download button will replace the progress bar.  The Download button allows download on-demand the next time you log in.

Documents that are less than the maximum size will be downloaded immediately, and therefore will not be displayed in the Downloads panel.
