Everyone Role

Default roles and permissions that every users gets

What can you do

The Everyone section allows administrators to define default permissions for all users, ensuring they have baseline access when added, even if no specific roles or permissions are assigned.

You will need Manage User Accounts and Roles permission to perform this operation.

Manage Global permissions

You may manage global permissions granted to every user.

  1. Click on Settings icon (⚙️) --> Admin
  2. Go to Accounts + Permissions -> Everyone
  3. Select all permissions that need to be added under Global Permissions
  4. Click Save, if all permissions are done

Manage Catalog permissions

You may manage catalog permissions granted to every user for a specific catalog.

  1. Click on Settings icon (⚙️) --> Admin
  2. Go to Accounts + Permissions -> Everyone
  3. For each Catalog row, expand the row
    1. Select all permissions that apply
    2. Repeat Step 3 and 3a for all catalogs
  4. Click Save
