What can you do

You can set your viewer and table preferences

Document Viewer

  1. Click on the Welcome <User> menu in the upper-right corner and
  2. Click on My Account
  3. Click on View Preferences -> Document Viewer

You may customize your default document viewer settings as follows:

Thumbnail / Annotation Dock

 

The Thumbnail dock displays a Thumbnails panel next to the document viewer in Search and Input.  The Thumbnail / Annotation Dock setting allows you to enable or disable the Thumbnail dock.

This setting controls the width of the Thumbnail dock.

This setting controls the width of the Thumbnails displayed in the dock.

Range: 50 px (default) to 200 px, (in increments of 25 px)

Zoom

This setting controls the size of the document zoom in the viewer panel.

This setting dictates whether the Rotate button rotates the current page or all pages in a document.

Redaction Color

This setting controls the color of the redactions in the viewer panel.

The Table Preferences settings allow you to customize the columns that appear in each table, the order in which they appear, and the appearance of grouped data sets.

  1. Click on the Welcome <User> menu in the upper-right corner and
  2. Click on My Account
  3. Click on View Preferences -> Document Viewer
  4. In the first dropdown
    1. Select the table that you’d like to customize - Options include Batch Listing, Search Results, User Listing, and Group Listing.
  5. In the Default Catalog section, select the catalog from the dropdown menu.
    1. To customize the columns, select columns to display them and deselect the ones that you’d like to hide.
    2. To reorder the columns, drag and drop the column headings into the order that you prefer.

Preview Pane

From the Table Preferences modal, you may configure the document viewer to display the preview pane at the bottom, on the right-hand side, or hide it altogether.

Grouped Results

By default, a document with more than one data set displays as an expanded grouping of the data sets that can be collapsed into a single row.  To display the data sets as a collapsed group, uncheck the Grouped Results checkbox.
