Content Information
View and edit content information while the content is opened
What can you do
Catalogs are configured to require certain fields of information with each document. This information is added when the documents enter Axiom Pro through the Input process. The information is used for data validation and document identification purposes.
View / Edit Content Information
You can view and edit a document ‘s information when viewing the document
- Search and Open a document
- Click Edit at the bottom of the document information section
- Edit the document information
- Click Save
View Content Versions
As documents are updated, the system keeps versions. You may view older versions of a document or revert back to an older version as needed. To view and restore versions -
- Search and Open a document
- In the version section, click on the version that you want to view
- The older version will open in a Read-only mode
Restore old version
- While viewing the older version
- Click on Restore in the blue notification at the top
- The version will be restored
Activity Log
The document activity log provides a list of all the activities that have taken place on a given document. To view the most recent activities It is located on the right side of the content viewer.
Click View Full Log to see the full log of events.
Workflow Activity
In the Document Information Panel, located on the right side of the content viewer.
Click View Full Details in the Workflow section to see the full log of events.
Retention Data
This section displayed the disposition record for the document if it has been part of a disposition activity. The section displays –
