Download Content

What can you do

Axiom Pro allows you to download content that is in the system.

Download Single Document

1. Search for document
2. Select the document
3. Click on Download

   

4. On the modal, select one of the following
   1. Download entire document
   2. Document specified range of pages then enter the number of pages
   3. download with notes
5. Check to Download as pdf
6. Click Download

Download Multiple Documents

1. Search of the document
2. Select the documents that you want to download
3. Click on Download

The documents are download and a confirmation modal is not displayed.

Download Large Document

If you select a document that’s larger than the configured file size for quick download, the following process applies:

1. Search of the document
2. Select the document
3. Click on Download

   

4. On the modal, select one of the following
   1. Document entire document
   2. Document specified range of pages then enter the number of pages
   3. download with notes
5. Check to Download as pdf
6. Click Download
7. If you get a pop-up, the Exceeds Limit pop-up will display.

   

8. Click Continue
9. Go to Dashboard and view the progress of download
10. Once complete, it will be automatically downloaded
